I design and debug systems at two levels: – business operations (e‑commerce, logistics, automotive), and – human nervous systems moving through those operations.

I have 12+ years of experience in product, operations and BI for complex supply chains in China (Amazon China, NetEase Yanxuan, Dasouche, Geely Commercial Vehicles Group). I now use the same skills I once applied to warehouses, routing and KPIs to model how real nervous systems move through hostile or indifferent systems – and to connect those models back to products, tools and institutional design.

What I do

I sit at the intersection of product, operations and data. Most of my work looks like this:

  • Turning messy operational problems into clear problem statements, KPI trees, dashboards and product requirements.
  • Designing and launching internal tools (OMS/TMS, routing engines, BI systems, workflow automation) across warehouses, last‑mile delivery and customer‑facing teams.
  • Translating between business, engineering and frontline operations so that algorithms and dashboards actually match how people work and decide.
  • Bringing a highly sensitive, neurodiversity‑informed lens into how systems are designed, so they are sustainable for both users and the people running them.

What I’m looking for

I am based in Hangzhou, China and open to fully remote collaboration with teams who:

  • build or improve complex operational systems (supply chain, logistics, B2B platforms, internal tools), or
  • work at the intersection of neurodiversity, mental health and digital products,
  • and value both systems thinking and lived, highly sensitive experience.

Formats can include senior product / operations roles for internal tools, data / BI product work focused on KPI design and decision support, or advisory and co‑creation roles on neurodivergent‑inclusive tools, services and workplaces.

Product Specialist – Supply Chain & BI

Geely Commercial Vehicles Group · 2022 – Present · Hangzhou, China

  • Led the product design and implementation of an end‑to‑end supply chain BI platform for commercial vehicles, digitising offline sales, order and demo‑car processes into standardised workflows and dashboards.
  • Built unified KPI dashboards covering order processing and vehicle delivery, giving sales and operations teams real‑time visibility and decision support.
  • Used data analysis to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements across planning, production and delivery.

Product Lead – Fresh‑Food Vehicle Platform

Songxiaocai · Jun 2021 – Oct 2021 · Hangzhou, China

  • Owned the 0→1 build of a two‑sided mini‑app platform for fresh‑food vehicles, from business requirements and product specifications to coordination with engineering for launch.
  • Designed a “production–supply–sales data map” BI product, transforming 100k+ daily orders into heatmaps for procurement and capacity planning.
  • Used A/B testing and funnel analysis to guide iterations, achieving 200% user growth within three months and validating the product’s market and business model before the company’s later shutdown due to funding failure.

Product Owner – Supply Chain (Inventory)

Dasouche (Used‑car Platform) · Jul 2019 – Apr 2021 · Hangzhou, China

  • Led the B2B product for used‑car valuation, trading, matching and financing, covering pricing, transaction, matching and delivery scenarios.
  • Turned dynamic inventory allocation strategies into an algorithmic product, improving inventory turnover by 25% and supporting multiple purchasing / sales business lines.
  • Designed and implemented a delivery workflow system connecting registration, insurance and commission, automating key steps and improving efficiency.

Product Owner – Logistics Systems

NetEase Yanxuan (E‑commerce) · Jul 2017 – Apr 2019 · Hangzhou, China

  • Managed the full lifecycle of outbound logistics systems, coordinating procurement, orders and logistics teams from requirements to go‑live.
  • Translated complex business rules (cost, lead time, inventory) into dynamic warehouse selection and dispatch engines, reducing logistics costs by 7%.
  • Introduced flow‑based production in warehouses, increasing next‑day delivery rate from 26% to 50% and reducing quarterly costs by ~36M CNY.

Neurodiversity & socio‑technical projects

neurodivergent‑friendly

Community & writing project · Ongoing

A Chinese‑language community space for highly sensitive and neurodivergent people. It started from personal notes about sensory overload, shutdown and social hangovers, and grew into a small ecosystem of anonymous stories, live events and practical experiments. I design it as a quiet system for people who are exhausted by high‑intensity platforms.

FrictionLog / ND

Independent research & product project · 2024 – Present

A long‑term project that systematically records and analyses “frictions” in digital and organisational systems: unresolved tickets, confusing forms, invisible emotional labour and other small breakdowns in everyday operations. I apply ND‑informed observation in current remote work to trace whole flows of support tickets and internal operations – mapping where effort accumulates, where information is lost and how these frictions shape both user experience and worker stress.

Quiet Frequency podcast

Podcast · Mainly in Chinese, bilingual in progress

A podcast about anxiety, sensory overload and “perfect‑machine” coping, told from inside high‑pressure tech and operations environments. I use it to make sense of my own nervous system and to connect with others who recognise themselves in these stories.
